We would like to inform you about two important changes that will take effect on June 30, 2025:

Deactivation of TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1

• These older versions of the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol are considered insecure and unsuitable for transmitting alerting data.
• After June 30, 2025, access to our services using TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1 will no longer be possible. Please ensure that your systems and applications are updated to TLS 1.2 or higher to maintain secure connections.

Discontinuation of the webin API for ISE Cobra Systems

• The webin API (https://app.groupalarm.com/webin.php) will be discontinued due to its limited flexibility and low usage.
• If you currently use the webin API, we recommend transitioning to our WDX3 implementation in the connection manager. For more information, please refer to our documentation or contact our support team.
